Title: Setting up my new Hoyt Excel for competitions?

Just bought a new Hoyt Excel and plan on shooting it in competition. I want to shoot barebow and 3D and indoors. HELP

What limbs are you using, longbow, recurve. When I shot the Excel I used Sky Ilf Longbow limbs, Medium length, Shorty plunger and flipper rest. Real sugar setup, only thing I didn't like was the brace height felt a bit high for my taste.

i mainly shoot trad tournaments so i machined a raduis high enough to use a countersink bolt for a sideplate. same thing as the dalaa uses. simply glued on with 2 part epoxy! this is the new blackout finish that hoyt is offering on their target bows, just like the hunting bows.

since this photo i have added a gmx diamondwood grip.
