We finally caught a break in the weather here on the east coast. It's 62 degrees here right now with sunny skies and a light breeze. We have a day and a half of winter bow season left and I have a surewood test kit I need to get crankin' on and I'm stuck in work! Hope someone is out there flingin' arrows in this beautiful weather.
MOF, just got home from a little stumpin & hog lookin today. Putting Rick's special arrow to the test. So far, only thing missing is a few tips of the fletch. Folks, these are stout footed arrows! "Thefeatheredshaft.com" Thanks Rick.
Let them fly!
EHK,
We are opposite from you its been perfect weather here for a week but now today the winds are coming. Yuck! Flung 50 quick ones during my lunch break anyways, shooting in the wind is better than not shooting at all...Shawn
FYI Eric I was out today training the dog and actually got a tick so take precaution.
Tim - I'll take a tick on a day like today over a 12 hour work day any day! Glad you got out and enjoyed the weather and that you found the little bugger before he did too much damage.
OK, so I talked to my high school bud who lives in Bergen Co this morning and he was a happy camper also. Said it was already 61 or so.
Damn those ticks... should see em here after it warms up a bit... Ya learn to live with em.
