Top of the line in performance and craftsmanship, and a couple of the best people to deal with you will find anywhere.  Don't know what else you are considering, but you sure won't go wrong with a Zipper!

I'm heading there Monday to shoot some bows and make my decision.  I played around with the SXT in Kalamazoo and fell in love with the grip and feel of the bow at draw with the deflex design of that riser.  Search zipper on here and read the comments.  Have yet to find a bad word about the bows or Bill and Tracy.

I have a standard model with 2 sets of limbs. Great bow and even better folks to deal with....can't go wrong. Just one of many that are sponsors on this site.

All I can say is probably the most user friendly bow I have. I love all of my bows but my Hunter-SXT is spoiling me.

I have played around with a buddy's of mine right hander and shot a lefty to fit me at Denton last year. The ZSR fits my hand very nicely so mine should be here in March!! Getting real itchy. Bill and Tracy great people to help you out.

Hope you can decide MARK

I have 3 and love all of them. I especially like being able to switch the limbs from one riser(SXT) to the other riser(ZSR). In fact, I just switched my 60" 48# limbs from the SXT and now have a 60" 46# combo on my ZSR riser. I am digging it! Good luck, great bows, great people!

You will not find better people than Bill & Tracy.
I have 3 Extreme bows with a extra set of limbs.
They are my go to bows. I know the first shot to
the last will be on the mark.   :archer2:

Get one as soon as you can. Youll never regret it. Cant beat the bows or their builders.

I own a standard version of a Zipper TD recurve. It is as smooth as anything I have owned and/or shot, great performance and easy on the eyes. I tend to shoot longer bows these days, in the 64" range. My Zipper is a 60" bow and draws just as sweet and shoots just as hard as my longer bows. I really like the SXT model that they build. Bill and Tracy are good company and tops to work with. If your considering having a bow built, you would be hard pressed to do better then a Zipper.

I've had 2, the Extreme, and the SXT.  Both are beautifully made smooth shooters.  Can't go wrong with Zipper, great owners and great bows.

The SXT is a shorter version (14") of the extreme riser (16").  The ZSR is a shorter version of the standard riser.  The standard style riser is more traditional in appearance being swept back into the limbs a bit more.  The extreme style riser is deflexed forward slightly, giving more of a power stroke to the shot.  I have shot a SXT, Extreme, and Standard.  I like the deflexed Extreme and SXT the best.  I own an extreme and have a SXT in the works. The grip is phenomenal.  Quiet, Fast, and lethal.  Great design, and great people to work with.  Give Bill and Tracy a call, you won't be disappointed.

I have an original with 2 sets of recurve limbs,a SXT with 56" longbow limbs and another SXT on the way. You'd be hard pressed to find another bow that launches an arrow faster or straighter. That's just one hunters opinion.

My first custom traditional bow was a Zipper, and I've owned 5 Zippers so far. Excellent in the hand, and pleasing to shoot.  AND, they sure are pretty!!!!   I don't think you could go wrong.

Regards!

They make some beautiful bows and they are always nice to chat with. I just can't imagine Bill crafting a bow that didn't shoot well.
