We are looking at closing dates for the 4 forum to be Wed June 1, Thurs June 2, Friday June 3, Saturday June 4th.
We may have a 5th forum due to the huge amount of items last year...if so, we will either start a day earlier, or, we will skip Sunday the 5th (Doug and Karen's anniversary) and close the last one on Monday the 6th.
Also....I'd like have an idea of the hunts that will be available. These are always good money raisers and I'd like for folks to get an idea of what hunts are going to be available so they can plan and save up for them.
So, if you are going to for sure donate a hunt, please post it here.
1 - Solana Ranch Jan 2012 4th - 8th with 17 other Trad Gangers that are already booked.
2 - Sika Deer Hunt with Larry Surtees some time end of Jan 2012.
3 - I'm going to offer up another Cohutta Wilderness Bear hunt this fall.
Sounds good Terry, can't wait til the bidding begins!!!!!

X3...I'd be honored to be able to help in any way I can.
We started listing items on March 15th last year!!!
Its gonna be here before you know it.
Rob and I have been beating our heads against the wall getting this thing geared up for this year...and we are trying to make it as seemless as possible.
This year, you wont have to register to participate....just click and go.
After the Auction, Rob and I have another tuff task ahead of us...we are working on making Trad Gang even better.
Start saving up your pocket change!!!...there's gonna be FIVE bid forum this year!
And when all is said and done, this little bowhunting group will have given over a half MILLION dollars to St Jude.
Terry great job! If you need help again, let me know.
What an honor yo be a small part of this wonderful group.
Terry, If I can help in any way.......I'm in.
Did you also know, worthy of national news,....that in the past 2 dozen cookies went for over 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!
And the poundcakes by young Delaney last year also went for about that much???
This year will no doubt bring astounding things out of the Trad Gang members.
I love auction time!
If I remember right Delaney's pound cakes went for just over eight grand.
My family and I have eaten a few..... They were WAYYYYY worth it. Even the exercise necessary afterwards. :bigsmyl:
By the way.... All you cookie monsters better start saving now and not just your pennies.
Yes... Y'all may consider this the opening salvo.

We're supposed to exercise after????
You guys are great.
Yes Biggie. That way you get to eat more!!!!!!!!!
You know being in shape is good and the last time I checked round was a shape! So being round is being in shape right?!?!?!?
I think a JoeBuck Turkey call would really sell....hint hint.RC
Together we've done great things and like Terry says, after this June we'll have a total of well over half a million dollars. $500,000+, who would have thought a little ol bunch of trad bowhunters could have done something like that...
Thank you and well done Gang!! :clapper: :clapper:
Last years auction was my first auction of any kind and it was great fun. Win some and get beat out some. I'll be in for what I can or can't afford. This is a great thing you guy's are doing. Thanks for all you do.
Just heard Shawn's Bunny Hunt this weekend raised $2800 for the effort this year....great head start!

The St Jude Auction is also the one time of year you can join. A lifetime membership goes for a $150 donation in the TGMM thread in the auction for St Jude.
Delaney, You already have all the leverage you need. :goldtooth: :goldtooth:
That's great news T!
Nothing like a good running start when you want to get as far as you can possibly go.
:archer:
Is there a thread or post that shows what various items were sold for last year? I did some searching and found the 2010 list of items but not what things sold for.
