Have you ever seen a bow you just have to have even when you think it may not work for you? Well I'm a 1pc or 2pc longbow guy and just shoot a bow with a traditional locator type grip the best. I've tried 3pc. longbows and a few curves and just couldn't shoot them as well. Well tonight I made the mistake of looking at the Robertson bows and now I have to have a Raven Styk! Yep I've got it bad! :help: Hopefully I can raise the funds and prove myself wrong and this bow will be a great shooter for me.

The good news is, hard to make a mistake with any Robertson. Best of luck. New bow shoot pix please.
Good lookin bow Kenneth. If it shoots anything like the Robertson recurve I had it will be a shooter!
Good luck with the funds and the bow! If it shoots as good as it looks.... look out!
I think I'm gonna call them tomorrow to send it for a test drive. I at least have to try it out or it'll make me crazy. :D
just go for it ,looks good ;)
Ken: You can not go wrong with one of Dick's Bows, their great. Enjoy
If they will send you one to try out, before you buy it, that is one heck of a great bow company. Keep us posted on what you decide and note which particular model you get and the poundage.
I think we have all been there with you brother... one of the many beauties of trad; sometimes we cannot control our emotions when it comes to this sport.
WOW! Anybody else think that $945 is expensive for a bow with black glass and maple riser? Admittedly it's selling for 350 less than that. What the heck would a bow cost with nice veneers and exotic wood in the riser?
