I have fallen for another, my Bigriver`s are jealous. My good friend Dave Ricke(knifemaker on here) and I made this bow with a different riser. The glue joint failed & she broke at full draw :scared: .
The limbs came thru unharmed, so Dave made me a new riser from Osage & lacewood. This baby is nice. Real quick & the grip is purrfect.
It is my indoor & 3d bow, but I think I am going to deer hunt with it this year. I cant believe how accurate I am with this thing.
Hope you like the pics.

Nice riser, glad the limbs were alright.
Good looking bow.
very nice work..
Dave sure enough makes a fine knife! Real nice bows too I guess.
I had the opportunity to shoot one of Dave's bows up at Compton last year and was REAL impressed with the way it pointed. The grip was very "friendly" to my style of shooting also. That is one nice looking bow you have there.
I haven't had the pleasure to see any of Dave's knives.......but if they "cut" like his bows "shoot".....they would be awesome !!!

Nice looking bow!
yup nice bow but what are the specs :clapper:
Don I was standing with you when you were shooting Daves bow, I know not to shoot you for money with any bow after that day!
Oops forgot the specs. 62", 47#@ when I draw to 29 1/2" with the clicker. We made it with bamboo limbs & brown glass. I put on the antler tips myself & I am thinking i`m gonna put some skins on her for a little dress up. I`m using a d97 string.
Thanks for the kind words, this thing is a shooter.
I am shooting cheapo beaman 400`s uncut with 145 grain points & they are flying really nice. I put on a bear weatherest for giggles, the arrows fly soo perfect, although they flew nice off the shelf.
Brian,I am glad you have a new addiction.
Brian,
If you don't mind, and are coming to Compton this year.....PLEASE bring that bow. I'd like to have one dance with her......if you don't mind.
Providing my shoulder is healed up enough for me to shoot. That grip looks "mighty friendly" too.

Nice bow, congratulations
I will have it along for sure.Dave has made a few more too. I love the grip, I think it might need some checkering, shes pretty smooth. Hope you heal up.
Nice Bow Brian.
I am glad no one was hurt when the other bow broke.
Just my Psyche, took me a while before I could pull a bow back :D
It's a pretty looking bow. Congrats on the new toy.
Nice bow Brian. Maybe i'll see you at Johnsonville's indoor shoot next weekend with your bow.
Sure is purty!!!
Brain, you mentioned to me you were really liking that bow, BUT, i didn't think you were falling head over heals for her. LOL! Yeah you sure do handle her well Mr. Dead Eye Balloon Killer , cleaning house on all our quarters! WWJS????????? LOL!
Who knows, maybe I just needed to take some pics to forget about these blasted kidney stones for a while. We will see how many quarters we come home with Thursday.
Dave's a craftsman, that's for sure. And you shoot it well, also. See you at the Johnsonville shoot this coming weekend.
Well now that your not going to be using them Big River bows maybe you could send them to me I'll give them a good home and even pay the shippin. ;)
Earl, I think you have your own collection, you know there wont be a whole lot more of them Bigrivers made!
I shot one of Dave's personal bows at Horicon a couple years ago. I really liked it. Didn't he used to sell them back in the day and called them, "Ricke's Rockets"?
