I just sent a deposit in to Roman for a new Hill Country Wildcat hybrid TD longbow. I ordered the green camo bow in 52# @28" 62" amo. I shot one at Kalamazoo expo and fell in love. Roman is going to stipple the grip for me too. I will have pics up in May when the bow comes in.
I'm bummed I missed them at K-zoo. They weren't there on Sunday. :(
AWESOME! And congrats!
That bow at K-zoo was sweet. I keep thinking about it. Don't forget to post the pics.
Will do. I am going to ask Roman if he can stipple my initials into the grip. I may name the bow "Mr. Grinch", that was my call sign during the Gulf War in 91 and it would fit the green bow.
That's very cool Warchild.
The new website is almost complete, and I'll be able to show pics of your new bow in process.
That's great! That I got my order in for a 62" green camo Wildcat ahead of yours! :biglaugh: I will have to think on the stipple grip. I have not seen any of Roman's stipple work. I still have a few last details to decide before the build starts. I have a friend in town with a gray camo Wildcat. Roman has his riser to make another set of limbs. As soon as that comes back I can shoot it more so I will make sure I like his 62" before I settle on that vs. the 64", and I will make up my mind on final weight. I shot that bow last summer and have not been able to stop thinking about a Wildcat every since.
Cool, that would be great Kenny. Roman talked me into a 62", I originally wanted a 64" but he said the 62 would be a better performer at my 28" draw. I didn't know that he makes a gray camo??????? Any pics of the gray camo Kenny?
Todd, I'm from Battle Creek, howdy neighbor!!
:wavey:
I will be putting an order at the first of the month. yall have given me the fever

ttt for Warchilds pics
I really like that gray riser.
Roman does a great job and his bows shoot great. You'll be pleased.
Thanks for the pics Kenny. The gray is nice, but I have to go with the green. Can't wait to shoot it.
As I mentioned, shot the 64" 51# Wildcat at Kalamazoo and could not get it out of mind since. It was just so fast and stable.
Well, I decided to get it out of my mind and in to my hands. It's going to be mine very soon. I just sealed that deal this evening, and I should have it in plenty of time to practice up for turkey season.
Here are some pics of my new bow! I look forward to you posting pictures of yours when it's done as well.

That Droid takes some very cool pics! AYE?
Sorry Kenny, but I am more impressed with the bow than your phone :)
It is a great bow for sure. I almost slapped down the cash for it several times and probably would have if Roman was still there when I went back Sunday. Having shot the bow I have to say those are great pic's for a phone.
How about posting a pic of it full length unstrung? I am curious to see the limb profile.
Todd, I'll get you full length pics on Tuesday. I was a little limited last night in the pics I could get.
