I got my 11/32" test kit from Surewood shafts and got a few flying decent.
My questions are this.
1. Are the 3 rivers wood screw adapters decent? I have a plethora of screw in points and broadheads so I would prefer to use them if I can, but I do not want a weak point in an arrow meant 100% for bringing meat to my table.
2. Footing with aluminum shafting. How much and what size to beef up the tip?
3. What is the best glue for woodies? The hot melt kinda melts the bohning nocks I have (right where the nock comes edge ends at the shaft). Plus why use hot melt on nocks when you can't melt the glue with a plastic nock anyway.

I don't know about your first 2 questions but the 3rd one I'll try to answer. What kind of finish are going to use on them? I have always used Duco cement on my wood arrows with no problems. It seems to weld the finish to the nocks really well.

I cut My nocks, But any type of glue will work (Gorilla Glue).
2315's cut about twice the length of the insert will work great for footing. I have done this before to be able to use screw in points.
Never used the wood screw adapters, Last time I looked at them 3Rivers had them back ordered.
Yes the adapters are decent, they will add 50-60 grains to your point and make your arrow longer weakening the spine.
I use fletch-tite or ducco for the nocks.

My plan was to just use an epoxy/ acetone wash.
I like how tough that is on the knife and other wood I have used it on, but I am also taking recomendations from those of you that know far better than I.
Ducco seems well recommended.
As far as the Surewoods go, the people and their product are top notch. I met the son of one of the owners while hunting in Alaska this fall and knew I would end up using their shafts the following year.

I prefer Loctite gel for nocks, and use Duco for fletching.
Your epoxy wash sounds interesting, how much working time does it have?
Never used the 3 Rivers adapter; but aluminum footing has worked well when I have done that.
The surewoods are a great choice.
I use Duco for nocks and fletch. I have a bunch of old Fletchtite nozzles and they fit the Duco tubes as well. Ferr-L-Tite hot melt is only for the points.
I clamp a heat gun in a vice and can swap the tips on a dozen wood shafts in less than 10 minutes. I shuffle between broadheads and field points or blunts all the time.
The Massey finish - epoxy and acetone - seems to be pretty good. I used it on another project and was pleased with open time as well as the results. I'm likely going to be using it on some arrows soon. It certainly comes highly recommended.

Ditto on the Duco and Fletchtite for nocks, I use gorilla glue on points and it is reversible with heat! I purchased some of those wood screw adapters so I could use screw in judo points etc! they seem to work fine, but it took a little work to get them to spin true and not wobble!
I ordered some of the 3 rivers wood screws. Hopefully they work out.
On another note I am looking for some 2315 shafts to reinforce the end of my arrows. I'm hoping I can find some on the cheap since I'm going to cut them up into 3" sections anyway...
When you go to a 3D shoot take a look at the arrows in the lost arrows bucket. If you see the right size and it has obviously been abandoned by its owner (bent, broken, mushroomed, etc.) then you're all set.
