Never tried em, but beware, they are linear in their structure and dont break on hard impacts but literally explode. can be verya dangerous if a unnoticed damaged shaft explodes on relaese. Carbon fibers are hard to spot on a X-ray      :scared:

Thanks, that's good to know. I figured there was a reason they were cheap...

Shot them back in the 90's when carbons were new on the scene. Still have maybe 4 of them that have been refletched 2 or 3 times. Never had a problem with them as long as they wern't abused too bad. Not as strong as radial carbon shafts, but boy let me tell you, they sure will blow through a whitetail.

Hi yes I hunted with them this summer. They only go up to 570 in stiffness IIRC so you'd better be shooting a LB no shelf.  I shot them off the knuckle this summer both left handed and right handed. No arrows thru my wrists yet...

I have yet to have one break even when pigs run off with the arrow still inside. The walls are thicker than regular carbons.  No doubt they shatter for some but I shot a lot of arrows this summer and went on a LOT of hunts with zero failures. Not recommending em to anyone but they didnt fail on me.

I shot em using Vic Nano outserts (ie the bronze colored stainless steel outserts made for the Vic Nano arrows in .500 spine).  Those bronze vic nanos stainless outserts fit the .570 beman carbon flash fine.

One weird thing about the carbon flash is that they dont take paint well.  I hit all of my carbons with white paint and I tried both lacquers and enamels with the carbon flash and the finish just wasnt right.
Also they take overnocks. And they penetrate very well, they are much skinnier than the AXIS arrows.

I shoot a recurve so maybe they aren't my best option. Thanks for the input guys, this is the only place I seem to find the answers I'm looking for.
