My buddy Rick of "The Feathered Shaft" sponsor here sent me a text message on a deal he said I should not pass up and it sounded really loud in the background so one of the best shows around is going strong already. Wish I could have went this year too :( . For all of you that go take some pictures for us. Flint
I second that!Would LOVE to see it second-hand,at least... :bigsmyl:
I thought things here were slower than usual...lol
Kazoo explains it..lol
God bless,Mudd
Agree...hope all those that are lucky enough to attend will take plenty of pics to share.
One of these years....
Just got home I've gone to several expos, this was by far the busiest Friday I have seen. Lots of stuff lots of fun, ordered myself a Northern Mist Baraga.
I was also there this evening.Staying overnight, attending the Expo again tomorrow, and then heading back south.Last year was my first year at the Expo. There seems to be more vendors and more Friday night traffic this year than last.Lots of nice things for sale and lots of friendly people.
Someday...
Living in the boondocks has some disadvantages!
I really wanted to go this year just couldn't swing it. Can't wait to see the pics.
One of the busier Friday nights I have seen at Kalamazoo. Picked up a new Shrew Classic Hunter. No camara here to post a pic but she is beautiful! 56" 54# @ 28" Take down. Crazy Bubinga veneer, carbon, foam cores, mystery ???. Gregg has done it again on this one. I'm a very blessed and happy camper.

I was busy this year for sure. Looks like the word has gotten out about Friday night being easier to shoot bows and get around the place. :banghead: I shot your bow before 5:00. If it was 5# less it would be mine. :D Very sharp and the joint line in the grip is so fine I didn't even see it until I asked Gregg about it. I shot the ghost also a couple times. Too plain for me. All the 56" RH CH's are gone now.
I have a buddy there--he said the line to shoot a bow was 10 minutes wait on both ranges, very unusual for Friday night. Maybe everybody had the same idea--go Friday night if you want to try bows. He said it was really great.
Hope you guys are taking pictures for the rest of us!
Pleeze!
It was a great night we were busier than normal for a Friday, and the weather was great no snow Looking forward to the mayhem Saturday
Pulling into the Fairgrounds @ 4:40pm.

I managed to make it out with my wallet somewhat intact. Shot a Brian Wessel Tall Tines longbow that was way too sweet. The more I think about it I'll probably loose that battle and have to give him a call. What a great way to beat the winter blues, seeing old friends and making new ones.
Thanks for sharing those photos!
Last year was my first year at the Expo and I vowed that I would never go on a Saturday again due to the traffic.
There were A LOT more people tonight than I expected but it was a great experience. People at the ranges were very considerate this year. I was actually able to shoot several bows, including one of Chad Holm's 62" Osprey longbows which TOTALLY floored me. AMAZING. I WILL own one of those in the future.
Picked up a dozen Ash shafts and a dozen Fir shafts from Allegheny - great guys, great coversation, great prices!
Picked up a nice olive-drab wool sweater for $8.00.
All and all, it couldn't have been a better way to start the weekend!!!!
It was busy! By far the most I've seen on a Friday.
I got to see a lot of people and meet a few new ones...can't wait to get back in the morning.
It's snowing hard just north of Grand Rapids, be safe driving!
Josh
Oh I almost forgot...I picked up a small spool of D-97, I'd call the color "Rust". Going to make some great looking strings with this color...my Cocobolo Kota is getting a new string when I get back!
I just love odd ball colors!
Josh
It would be great to go, it's only a 2264 miles.
Thank you for sharing, would love to see some more pictures if anyone has some.
Thanks
Paul

For some reason the camera stayed in my pocket...I'll get it out for sure later today and get some good photos.
A person could take pictures all day there.
Josh
Thanks for the photos yellowdog, those were great. We went up last night for evening and I would say it was the busiest since Glenn St. Charles was up there. That was insanely busy for a Friday night. It was great to see some old friends and was really impressed with the new bows and broadheads that I saw. Wasn't the same old thing. dino
When I retire......
Do the Wensels have there new DVD at ther booth? Winters dragging...........
Let more pics coming...
Went on friday this year with LimbLover, hardly could find a parking spot at 5:30! Great show as usual easy to spend LOTS of cash! Got my Asbell wool vest which was the main item I wanted some Douglas Fir shafts from
Allegheny woods, shot some bows, I thought the shooting lines moved quite fast! Was real impressed with Holm longbows! Good people and conversations, lots of fun!
It was well worth the 3 hr and 15 min drive one way. Got to meet Denny K, Mitch G, Steve O and Young Steve O. and Ed G. What great guys. If you are looking for short recurves, take the time to shoot the St Joe River 56"'r and the RER Retro's. Very, very nice shooting recurves. I also shot a Cari-bow Wolverine that was very nice. What a great time.
Great pics and posts  Thanks for sharing
Thanks for the pics and posts, guys. Can't wait for more...maybe tonight there will be a bunch more?
I thought the shooting lines moved quickly, even today. Didn't find a bad bow in the bunch! The new Hunter model from Zipper is a winner. Smooth and quick, just a plain jane shooting machine! I shot South's longbows, and I guess I have come to realize I prefer the mass of a takedown. Got him to agree to build my "ugly" bow. John Dill had bows from Lee Hoots and I think Roy Hall. Both smooth, steady shooters with great grips. The best shelf design goes to the St. Joe's longbows. Loved the arrow clearance and again smooth, quick shooters. Glad to see Dave is carrying the A-way products, bought a turkey call from him. Caribow Wolverine and SuperLynx-WOW!
I had a neat converasation with Barry Wensel about owls after buying a flashlight from him. Met Mike Mitten and thanked him and SteveO for the book "One with the Wilderness" and the "Primal Dreams" dvd that I won here on tradgang. Saw Whip and wished his team good luck next Sunday, had a great talk with Chuck "TwoTracks" and had a chance to show off the vest I got from him, although the building was much warmer than previous years. Got a deal on some wood shafts from Tim at KustomKing. Great time overall!
I just got back. Big crowds, but the waits for shooting wasn't bad at all. A couple minutes.
I too liked the shelf on the St. Joe's.
Of the bows I shot, my favorites were the Belcher Thunderbird recurve and the Great Plains Swift 1pc.
Of those, the Great Plains Swift 1pc was the bow that stood out head and shoulders above the rest for me, for my personal tastes/style. It's like a 1pc takedown, if that makes any sense. Lots of mass and your hand just locks into the grip.
If I buy a new bow, it'll be a 1pc Swift.
I also bought an American Leathers buffalo arm guard. Very sweet!
More pics please for those of us who can't make it! Sounds like a real blast! I guess I will go out and do some stump shooting after reading this thread.
i went last night and ran into an old friend. It was busy and everyone was courteous with shooting lines being a good place for conversation. I loved the Rivers Edge bows and was impressed with the Holm made bows as well. A great event.
Great expo as always and left carrying some things out. The wallet is alot lighter but I have a puurrrttty Tall Tines recurve and a waldrop seat to test out. I hope everyone has safe travels. It was nice to see some familiar faces.
People always want to see pic's. Well after taking only a few last year and shooting all night last night, today I returned with a camera in hand. It was hard to shot through the people, but here is my best try at it. Some of these will be out of order as better shot opportunities came along on passes through the crowds later in the day. You may find yourself or one of many recognizable characters in these. I will try and post up a few now and add more as I can as I organize them.
I will start of in the first building with some venders, the used bow area, collections, kids shooting area, self bow making, knapping, and many of the archery organizations.

Ok I think that is a little taste of the first room. Now for the walk down to the next building with most of the bow venders and shooting areas.

Ok now were are down to the second building. I will try to slow down and get these in better order as I go. We will start of with Great Northern bows and quivers at the entry with the first shooting area. Predator and Shrew were also near the entry.

Todd,
Nice seeing you again. Are you going back tomorrow?
Get over and shoot one of those Great Plains Swift 1pc'ers. ;)
Otherwise you may have to wait and shoot one at my house if I buy one! LOL
I thought I was so done with bow trading for the Winter. Now the wheels are turning in my head about what I have to do to get a Swift or that Belcher.
If you go tomorrow, do me a favor and shoot the Belcher recurve (Sky Archery) that's the 60" 40lb recurve with light spalted maple limbs. Let me know what you think. I think those limbs with an ebony riser at about 43-44lbs may be on my short list.

Black widow booth looked as little lighter on bows this year, but I don't know that they could have fit more in with as packed as it was this year with vendors.
The guy in the red hat caught me taking his pic for the forth time. He thinks I am stalking him now. :D He doesn't look happy here, but seemed to be a real nice guy when I talked to him earlier.

Well that is most of my pic's. I sure hope these are not to wide or I have exceeded the life time pic posting limit.
I think I got about all the vendors. I hope I was able to show some of you what you are missing not making the trip to Kzoo. Please come out next year, but DON'T COME ON FRIDAY NIGHT! Your slowing down my bow shooting. :D
Oh well, too late by the looks of Friday night this year.
I think there was a really great group of vendors this year. So many this year that there was hardly any space for tables and chairs. I hope they have to open new space to fit everyone next year, and I hope all the vendors, who make this so much fun, are selling a lot of stuff. THANKS VENDORS!!!!!!!
Had a blast at the expo and ended up walking out the proud owner of a 62" TimberHawk longbow.
Great pics Todd!!!
Was a great turn out and fun besides fighting some chest gunk.
The St. Joe booth was hopping and it was great to be able to talk with so many of you that I only get to chat with online. :notworthy:
I was laughing at my son who persistently sold the fleece hats my mom made. He managed to sell a couple to the Wensels, LOL! I see a future salesman in the making. :D
wow!!! so this is what we miss out on Down here oh my God!!! that is awesome thank you so much for the pics.
Yes thanks for the pics. My son and I were going to attend again this year but had to change our plans last minute. Your pics were the next best thing to walking it ourselves.
It was a very nice time this year. I shot several bows that I really liked. It was good seeing friends and meeting new people that only happens at the larger events.

Nice to see you also Bob. There is a hand full of bows I didn't get to Friday, and I only had time to shoot a few today before I had to get back home to watch the kids. I will try to get back for a little while tomorrow and shoot those. I want to drop off a knife for Art Vincent. He is going to take it back with him and make me a nice sheath for it. I lost the knife about 30 years ago then found it a few years back minus a handle and plus a lot of rust. It is ready for service now, but I must have given away the sheath a long time ago.
Todd, thanks for taking the time to share the pics. Well done.

I just got back from the show for the first time. It was awesome !! Me and my buddy even made it in the pics toward the bottom of the third page. Black flannel with orange crown dipped, and orange fletched arrows in my back pocket !!! Bought a Shrew and lots of stuff to go with it also !
After shooting the rest off the second of two Tall Tines recurves I exchanged some money and walked out with one of the best shooting recurves I have ever shot and Brian seems to be alright too.
Todd
I've spent the past 48 hours lamenting that I didn't make it to K-zoo. :(
Your pictures really helped... for a while...
Now you've got me homesick for the old friends and experiences I realize I missed.
Really, though, thanks for the photo tour of the event!
Todd, you did an incredible job! I really enjoyed that and I thank you sincerely.
I just got home from mg first trip and I must say there is so much to look at.
I walked around at least 10 times and seen something different everytime.
Didn't buy a bow and still spent $500.
I haven't told my wife yet. It's easier to ask forgiveness then permission.
I know I will be back next year.
Thanks for the pics Todd. I could'nt make it this year due to work, first one I've missed in a long time.
Thanks for all the pictures. Looks like a lot of fun.
Todd, thank you so much for the pics, they were great. It's almost as good as being there. Thanks again.
The new Bear Super Kodiak was the best thing I laid my hands on today. I only missed an hour of the show and I touched a lot. Impressive.
Great thread! I didn't think it was possible to get a sore shoulder from trying out bows, but I did :)
Enjoyed this trip, even the 8 hour drive, but I am now poor, my wife is mad, and I got a bad wing...life is good :)
Can never seem to make this trip. Thanks for putting up the pictures fellas, I enjoyed them.
Great pics. Heading out early Sunday morning.
can't wait...
Whoops, looks like I got in the way of a few of those pics on page four. I'm in the first pic(shaved head, black backpack with white crested arrows), and there's a couple of my girlfriend, Rachel(blue coat and light blue backpack), and myself towards the bottom :D
This was our first trip to the expo. Had an amazing time! Shot tons of unbelievably good bows, and even better, met some great people! Definitely worth the long drive. Thanks!
-Clay
Thanks for the time spent in bringing us the great pics!
John Nail and I got back this evening. We were there when they opened on Friday and one of the first booths we hit was G Fred's booth. I had taken along my copies of his books for him to sign and he told me there was one I didn't have. He had just gotten the shipment from the printer of his new book. I bought it and he told me I got the very first copy sold and he signed it as such. Kinda cool. Good show, good time.Dropped a few bucks at Fred's. Bought one of Theresa's pullovers. Nice.
Did anyone see or purchase Essential encounters.
Cool pics Extreme!! Thanks for sharing them! Man I gotta get there someday!
Shoes, they were taking pre-release orders only. Said it should be out in a couple weeks.
Eric
Thanks Eric.
Absolutely awesome! I am soooooo envious!
Awesome show, probably the best turn out I'v ever seen. More vendors this year and way more people...I wish I hadnt gone...cause now it's going to cost me some big bucks...I fell in love with Hoots bows, The Little hoot I think it was called. Beutiful bow and shot like a dream !!!
Made the 3.5 hour trip to Kazoo this morning. Just got home a little while ago with a new Wolverine and a Kanati Pro Quiver for it. Had a good time. Well worth the trip.
Great pictures. Stuck at the house with flu bug and those detailed pictures made me feel as if I were there. Thanks.
My wife and I just pulled into our garage here in KY. Great show; lot's of vendors and passionate archery people on the floor Friday night and today. Got to touch base with several old friends plus met a bunch of new ones. Several bags full of toys are in the truck and a new Tall Tines recurve on the way!
Todd....thanks so much for taking the time to post the pic's. Couldn't make it this year...but will make the drive next year for sure.

Just work on getting that new knee running smooth. Next year you can walk the show all day. I was really happy to be able to make the show after my fusion this Dec. I still have my turtle shell brace on one more full week then I start spending time out of it as I phase it out over the next three weeks and get into PT. Fortunately I am so close the drive was not an issue. I wouldn't be able to do it if I had to travel very far. Dr. has me walking 4 miles a day so I am practically ordered to walk around most of the day at the expo. :D
Real interesting seeing pictures of this event; thanks!
Guys ,Thanks ever so much for posting pics, would love to get there one year.
Thank you for taking the time to post pictures, it's appreciated.
Just wondering, did the Wensel's get their new video in time for Kalamazoo?
I asked this question earlier, looks like a couple of more weeks.
Looks like a real good time. I think I just need to plan to get there next year. Thanks for the pics.
First, thanks for the pics.. They were great.
I cant believe I passed on going to this show. Too worried about the weather etc. Maybe its a good thing as far as my wallet goes.
I am going next year if I have to park the Suburban along the way and change to a snowmobile....
Thanks for the pics, guys. Was hoping to be back in MI in time for the expo, but work has me too busy this year.Like hunting, there's always next year...
I was planning on going today (sunday) BUT, a quick trip to town yesterday revealed a tire that had shifted a steel belt, and a four hour ride was out of the question without new tires.
So the money I would have used for the trip is now proudly displayed on the rims of the pick-up.(Good tires are quite an investment these days)
The shared pictures are much appreciated.

We had the something early this fall. We were at the mall for a quick something my wife had to get. I was just hanging around in the parking lot, and I happened to look at one of the truck tires and spotted a couple wires sticking out of the tread. Then I noticed a wave in the tread. I planned on them going another year. Good truck tires will eat up some cash for sure.
Thank you for all of those pics, I know how much time that takes to get them all posted. There were so many folks there whom I would like to have met, and some whom I see all too little, that I was filled with a longing to attend this great exposition.
Since I seem to be under the influence of some peculiar malady, I am sure that all are glad that I have far too few days off per year to have scheduled a visit. This time. :saywhat:
I am cogitating. Does that make me a codger?
Killdeer
Nope, makes you a co-agitator. I get in such a hurry to shoot all those bows and check those vendors that I lose my mind and don't stop often enough to talk. Did make some new acquaintances this time though and can add more to the conversation on some of our fine sponsors here.
Thanks for the pictures and reports. I contemplating going (never been). The 400+ miles turned me back althought I see some of you went much further! I almost went at the last minute because my "test drive" PA was on display up there. If someone didn't buy it at "Kzoo" I'll get it in 3-4 days.
Thanks for posting the pics Todd, I forgot my camera when leaving at 3:30 am from central Illinois. It was a good time as usual. Got to meet some nice people and shoot some bows that have not been there in the past. I was particularily interested in meeting South Cox and shooting his Stalker bows. South is a heck of a nice guy and I think I should have passed on shooting his recurves, it is just going to end up costing me some $$$$.
I shot Stalker, Zipper, ACS, Tall Tines, Great Northern, Robertson, RER. Bought some Ace Standards and a video. I was proud of my self control, I could have really went crazy.
Three of us made the drive up Saturday. A great time as always.
Its killin me I missed this year, thanks for the Pics!
I was there Friday & Sat morning. Always a good time, I got to chat with Steve o, Whip & a few of my good buds in PBS.
I wanted to shoot some of the eye candy bows, but I hate to waste a bowyers time when I have all the bows I want.
There were some beauts though.
I managed to buy a few things anyway & had fun window shopping. I havent missed one yet, nice way to break up the winter & get pumped for the shooting season.
The new video from the Wensel/Mitten team is not going to ready for a couple weeks because the duplicator didn't have the quality that they wanted everyone to have. For something great we have to wait which I dont have a problem with. They were showing clips at there booth and from what I saw it's going to be good.
Flint,
You missed another great show. Hopefully we get to meet up again next year !!!
Bill
Thanks for posting all the pics, Todd! Wow! It looks like everybody who's anybody was in K-zoo! (I guess that's why I'm here.)
My wife has no idea how happy she is that we don't live anywhere near there.
Man looks like a terrific time
Bill, work has me traveling for 3 weeks straight and I did not want to be away from my family on this weekend as well. Hopefully next year we can meet up again. Flint
Thanks for posting all the pics as I missed it again. Perhaps next year........
It was busy as ever, good to see so many people interested. I pulled an 80# @ 28" Dwyer Endeavor to 29.5"! The amazing part wasnt the 85.5# I held at anchor, it was the fact that the bow was 58" long! That was crazy!!....I had another great year, only spent $150!
Thanks Todd and everyone for posting all the great pics! I need to make the trip one of these years.
It was a great show this year. There were a lot of great bows that people brought in. I got to try a few and they shot wonderfully. Sorry to those that could not make it this year. Hopefully you will be able to go next year. Cant wait to see all of the new bows that everyone brings next year.
I came home broke! But I did bring home a Tall Tines!
I just returned from the Show late this afternoon after sending the whole day there with my two young boys, 11 & 8. It would be a major understatement to say it made a very large and positive impression on these two young men. While I enjoyed seeing all the major "glass bow" vendors I mainly attended in hopes of seeing some of the selfbow makers and their wares.
I spent some time talking with John Cooper from Bronze Bow Archery, who had some really nice looking bows on display. He had a few Boo backed bows that were simply gorgeous (if I end of being a putz at trying my hand at making the selfbows I will likely be knocking on John's door for one of his creations.) He also sat down and showed me how to tie up a Tillering String and sold me one on the spot even though he was ther to sell bows not strings to a neophyte. Thanks John!
I couldn't have been more proud and pleased than when they asked if we could leave the "Big Vendor" room and go back to talk with and watch the gentleman who were doing the Flintknapping demo...one of the guys, Greg Bennink, took lots of time to explain the process to us and the boys really got a kick out of it.
The boys & I also spent a fair amount of time talking with Marty Tarrant and Gary Davis (Rattlestick Bows) as they explained the process of making a selfbow from Osage and adding sinew backing to them. Very nice gentlemen who kindly answered all my ignorant questions. Gary was a true mentor and as we were leaving his demo booth he asked my boys to hold on for a second...he then proceeded to open up his glass case full of Rattle Snake skins and cut off two sets of Rattles which he gave to my boys. They left the show so amped up about this Sport that I think they are ruined for life ;)
The boys also got a chance to shoot some nice kids bows at the Michigan Longbow Assn's booth...they had lots of different weights, draw lengths, etc and we ended up being able to get a pretty good idea of what these two need in terms of good shootable bows. One of them even hit a balloon and is convinced he's the next Howard Hill
Anyway, this was a great show and will likely be an annual for the boys and I.
Regards,
Lee
Tanks guys some great eye candy Thanksd
Shane
It was an amazing weekend for sure. Pictures just don't do it justice. I got a couple chances to leave the Michigan Longbow Association's kids shooting area, and when I did (I was the ugly one with the goatee and maroon colored shirt, my boys were the cute ones in the maroon shirts) I enjoyed every minute of it. I liked all the people who brought their kids to enjoy the event with them. They are our future. I let my boys run around by themselves, and told them don't touch a thing. Well, they listened and the pictures tell. Little do they know, Dad is always watching.
Thanks to anyone who was there, for another great family event that was enjoyed by many. I met alot of you, and wish I would have met more. Gives me something to look forward to next year.
Thanks for posting all of the pictures.
A nice show, my first time there. Great to see so many kids on Saturday. They looked to be having a great time.
A great place to try out bows, but I resisted the temptation. Had my eye on a Great Plains Swift as well, along with a R.E.R recurve. Very lucky to have escaped without too much damage to the wallet.
Will look to going again next year.
I managed to get back over today at noon. I shot a pile of bows. I was able to get right out and shoot as soon as I walked up most of the time. There was less inventory but no wait. Sunday could be my new Friday night for shooting the well stocked vendors bows.
Could'nt make it thanks for pics...
I had a great time lookin' at all of the goods. Lots of people smiling! What is it about that place that makes people so happy?
I was there all three days as my wife and I stayed close to the Expo. When she picked me up on Saturday afternoon(after she went shopping), she was waiting in the car for me for just a bit, and she commented on how almost every fella that came outside had a big grin on his face. I said they're "just happy people, I guess".LOL.
Anyway, I feel like I spent the weekend with the Widow Boys, as they have some really nice shootin' bows! Purty too!
It was a good weekend. If you haven't been there, you should try to go. If you want to shoot a bow, TRY TO BE THERE ON SUNDAY MORNING. It's kinda like a ghost town compared to Friday or Saturday.
Thanks for the pics! Is there anything like this in the South - doesn't seem like it.
Guys, thanks for the pictures! Even though I was there, I feel I did not see anything. That place was busy and it was sure nice to see--I hope that means things are getting better all over :knothead:
I did sneak out to see Dick Robertson's talk about his sheep and goat hunts. Excellent...

I hear you steve. We have talked on and off for over a year, and his relatives live around the corner, but we have yet to get together. Well, this weekend our paths crossed paths more than a few times, and we even ate breakfast next to each other at the hotel this morning, and it wasn't untill both of us saw the pictures on this thread we realized who each other was.
It's a small world...untill you find yourself walking home.
Thanks for all the pics, really brought us all there.
Thanks for the pictures and once again Thanks to everyone that stopped by and said Hi and shot our bows. It was great talking to so many of you
Mike Vines is you son still sleeping with his new bow
Thank you all for your patience and for stopping by the Brothers of the Bow booth. We hope to have Essential Encounters out soon. Mike
Had a great time! The 6 hour drive was well worth it. We took a friend along and he is already talking about going back next year! Kzoo is a nice break in the winter. I ordered a Great Northern Bushbow with the Jacknife feature. I also ordered the new Brothers of the Bow video. Should be ready to go in a couple of weeks.  Really enjoyed both speakers, Dennis and Dick talk about their adventures in Africa and Alaska. Awesome! :clapper: :archer2:

Mike,
I only got to speak to you for a minute as you had been away from the table most of the time when I came through.Barry explained to me all that had went on and also how you or one of your brothers had actually went way beyond the call of duty in order to try and help the company providing the dvd get out a higher quality dvd.None of the delay is any of you, your family,or Barry and Genes fault.I think everyone realizes that and will be patient but very satisfied with the finished product when they do receive it.You guys are known for providing quality products.Hope to see you guys back again next year.

That was one of the funniest things that has come out of his mouth, and there have been many. He asked if he could sleep with his new St. Joe River longbow, and how could I tell him no? He has found his love. I just had to make sure the string was off, so there wouldn't be any problems, but why not, he couldn't have been any happier. Thanks for making my boys smile Dave and Tracy.
Thanks for sharing a piece of this great time.
Thanks for all the pictures and info.
Man i would be in so much trouble in a place like that, be in the dog house at least till it happened again next year!!!
Mike, from what I saw on the master DVD that was shown at the show it will be WELL worth the wait. I never thought that any DVD could come close to Primal Dreams but I think you may have done that with Essential Encounters. I have never seen more stirring sights and sounds coming from a screen. If anyone can watch this without experiencing an emotional gauntlet from misty eyed, lump in the throat to total awe, they had better check their pulse for signs of life. My hat is off to all involved in the making of this new DVD. :clapper:
Although, it was not as crowded on saturday as last year, my voice is still pretty rough from explaining the tool for 9 hours straight on saturday. It was great to explain the shooters how to stretch their dollars much further when is comes to broken wood arrows. Thanks for stopping by and watch the wood arrow repair demonstrations.

Thanks for sharing the pics!!! I went last year for the 1st time and can't put into words what a great experience it was. I wished I could've made it back this year but it was not in the cards for me. Glad that I have TradGang to view the pics and hear the stories of everyones experience.
Did anyone try Robertsons new "Hybrid"?
was xtrema312 serious about not knowing who the wensell boys and mike mitten was? what is this world coming to? :nono:
The Howard Hill Collection. I was told by David Miller of Miller Long Bow that this was the foremost collection of 6 bows that Howard made.

My thoughts exactly Ron! From what I saw it sure looks like the boys have absolutely nailed what bowhunting means to us all. As I watched I just kept thinking how amazing it was that they could express so well in a video what I feel so strong in my heart. To all who raved about Primal Dreams (and that one was amazing in its own right) I really think this one is going to blow it away.
Can't wait to devour the entire thing!

I figured that was what was playing, but I adverted my eyes so as not to spoil anything. Then I gave Mike my 20 and got the full run down on the Main Beam from Berry. Or was it Gene? I have to pay better attention because I don't know for sure if I ever figured out which is which. Ok, who was setting next to the Main Beams?
