detacheable selway bow quivers what do you think of them
I've got one and it's fine.
I use one every season. Works good.
Had one on my longbow and it was an excellent quiver.
Gordie Mickens should also be knighted for the Piggy-Backer arrow clips.
Plus Gordie is the kind of guy you like doing buisness with - he's a true character in the best ways.
Bolt on or slide on? I had a bolt on that caused the td it was on to torque badly, but I've had friends use the slide ons and loved them.
I like my slide on. It seems to dampen the noise of the bow a little.
Pick of the litter slide on. Once used to shooting w/attached quiver, it takes awhile to get used to not having one. Have a leather Selway I haven't shot in years.
It's decent...but I think the great northen is better in terms of functionality and adaptability.
Love the slide on  Light , practical , and love the looks of the rawhide .
I've tried four different models. I like my Selway slide-on longbow quiver best.
I love mine,have two
ksbowman, how did the bolt on cause your bow to torque?

I'll second that. Great people to do business with.
I have the side mount Selway and it is great.
I have a take down and use one on it and have no complaints or problems other than the foam wears out quickly...
Good quiver, can't go wrong with a Selway.
Gordie is truly a great guy to work with  Now I do'nt know about you, but I say that you can't beat that kind of service! :campfire:
I've got several slide on selways on several of my bows, the only quiver I use...I love em! DK.
The rawhide looks great, but,noisy... (they put rawhide on drums, right). I like the rubber ones, quiet.
