So in my new room I do not have much floor space to put a bow rack, I wanted to put hooks on the wall to serve as a bow rack. Only thing is I do not want straight hooks because I do not want my bows falling off, any ideas or thoughts? Maybe I should go for a hook about 4inches out that curves upward at the end and pad them up a bit maybe with electric tape or something.
thoughts? Ideas? Pictures?
Swift...i have 2, 2x4's 21in apart screwed to the wall and have 5 of the red rubber coated screw in hooks, screwed down ea side, like you get at the hardware store, they have a flat opening about 6 in apart, thay hold 3 bows across ea set...hope this helps..SteveT

i have a rack drawn up that uses a similar design to the picture below , but using 1/2" dowels wrapped in black pipe insulation. electrical or medical tape may be necesarry to get adequate grip , but this will allow me to hang 1 or 20 bows depending on how its made...heres the pic.
