Just wanted to point her out... she looks good up there.
:clapper:
 :archer2: good shot by the looks of things
And holding an Asiatic recurve, too.
Methinks there is a good story in there.
Guy
Yes, the Horsebow woke my intrest too!
I wondered about that, how does someone get their picture up there and no story down here? Doesn't seem quite right without a story?
I'd really love to read the story behind it and more on that bow. I have been wondering what kind of bow it is, and I'm glad somebody brought it up.
Great Job by the way Jan!
Now give us the story, how, where, when.....ect.
Her story was here up front and on time, boys, days ago! Lemme see if I can dredge it up. She deserves to be read by all!
Killdeer
The story!! (http://tradgang.com/noncgi/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=098838#000004)
Her story was First kill in n.c.
I wouldn't mess with with a woman who has archery in her DNA, and very good archery DNA evidently!
Read her post. Well written to boot.
Super story and a great pic. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the link Killie.
Wow, I missed this thread. Thanks for the interest, guys! I can't wait for this deer season...only two months to go here in NC!! I've got some good hunting land now and have spent time this spring and summer scouting out areas to spot and stalk as well as several good stand locations. It's going to be crazy! Can't wait to take out my Mongolian horse bow and get some fresh venison. Hoping that this year I get a BUCK! :)
Good luck on the buck Huntress! Glad to catch the story second time around. Never shot that style of bow, but it looks interesting.
Excellent! Remember reading yoru story back then and feeling that familiar "rush" from getting a shot!
Amazing how they can flat disappear in plain site like that!
Sounds like you're on a good path for this year.
