I don't live in IN anymore but I grew up in Richmond, schooled in West Lafayette, still deer hunt outside Attica, and visit in-laws in Brownstown about every two weeks.  You live close to the site of the Bedford Leg of the IBO Triple Crown!

I'm in Seymour Covey. You need to make the trek over to Scottsburg sometime and shoot with us at the ITBA. Great bunch of guys and always good sets.

Yes, there are plenty of traditional shooters there, they just don't show up right away.
The Lawrence Co. Conservation Officer shoots traditional and all of my hunting buddies from the Bedford area as well....

I shot there this past Saturday, but didnt get there till a little after 11:00 so might have missed the main bunch. I'm gonna try to get there earlier so I can hang out and meet a few folks! Thanks' for the replies, Jason

Yeah, the C.O. is one of my hunting buddies. I used to help him out teaching hunters ed classes, too. And I helped another Instructor to teach the hunting ed classes at the Boys Club in Bedford. Maybe you got your hunters ed there, too? What happened to this outfit:

Hunters Supply
468 State Road 458
Bedford, IN 47421-7542

They had or have? a pretty nice course set up. They were more into the wheelie things, but I had a great time on the course with one of my buddies grandsons and a young kid we mentor.
It was never crowded and you could really teach the kids...

I don't know what happened, got tired of it I think! I know both of them guy's that owned that store, seemed like they had a purdy good thing going. My son and I got our hunters ed at the white river bowhunters club and the CO we know taught the class! White river tends to cater to the compound crowd, thats why I don't spend much time over there. That is sad cause it is just a hop, skip and a jump from my house! Jason

Well, you guys are making me miss Indiana even more.  I used to live in the Madison area--pastored two different churches near Madison for a lot of years--live in West Virginia now but our son and his family are in Ossian, just south of Fort Wayne so we get up that way every so often.  I'll always feel like Indiana is home being also an IU grad.

Close to Mt. Auburn and not far from Flat Rock.  Not close anything now that I think about it.  Shoot Scottsburg and Morgantown.  Like Comptom a lot.
