A&H Archery and Dryad Bows Inc. are proud to announce the licensing of the patented ACS limb design to Dryad for use in the ILF marketplace. Up first on the hit list is our new ILF longbow limb the Dryad Legend-ACS G4 with a product rollout scheduled for the Traditional Bowhunters Expo in Kalamazoo, MI, January 28-30. After that we will move on to a broader range of limb options, including an ACS recurve in the next few months. The products will be marketed and sold by Dryad Bows Inc.
The ACS limb offers remarkable performance and stability and is well suited to application in ILF-compatible risers. By combining the intellectual property of A&H with the ILF manufacturing experience of Dryad we will be able to bring the limb design to the world wide ILF shooting community.
Both companies have worked together in the past and look forward to the advancement of the limb design in the ILF market place. Dryad and A&H partner John Havard will work closely going forward to insure high quality and performance.
In addition, everyone who buys one of these limb sets will immediately become irresistible to members of the opposite sex.
Mike
Mike,
Congratulations. This is a brilliant partnership.
can't wait to hear more.

Now that sounds like a winning combo to me!

Your limbs are glued and will be shaped and finished in the next week. We are finally back up and running 100%.

COOL!!
Really, great news Mike! Good luck, this will be great!
Excellent news Mike...thanks so much!
Travis
Kenny - that part is true. The appeal thing is the real reason that Mike & Jason wanted to work with us. ;)
So John they need the help? :biglaugh:
Exciting news indeed from Dryad.
Available to order when? if one can not make the show.
Gery
John, would you have an extra job app layin around? I'll bet they been goin out like hotcakes!
This is awesome. Can't wait to see them in K-Zoo!
Alright! They sound great; but where are the pics?
Out...freakin...standing Mike. This is going to be da bomb! Colloborate efforts should produce some awesome results!
Anxious to get a look at these. Thanks for the heads up.
Sounds great, looking forward to seeing them!
Sound very interesting ... can't wait to see the offspring :)
Sounds very cool.
Is this exclusive, or is A&H going to be making them also?
Jeffrey,
I will be discussing exactly that question with Larry in the next couple of weeks. For the time being you should rest assured that I have fully cooperated with Mike & Jason on the design and testing of these Dryad limbs and they are excellent.
John
Ok lets try and answer some of the questions.
When can I order? We should be ready to take orders in the next day or so. Gotta get some webpage work done and get a spreadsheet made for Connie of options.
What lengths? They will be offered in Medium, Long and XL at this time.
What price? The base price on the limbs will be $450 with the same options as our others. We are not offering the clear glass or veneers quite yet. Still have some work too do there.
Exclusive? Although this is not an exclusive license we will be the only ones offering ILF ACS limbs in the forseeable future.
Mike
Thank you both.
John.... an ACS recurve?? :saywhat:
Now that would be a game changer for sure. Difficult to imagine. It'll be interesting to see how that pans out...

Hello Mike i'm very interested, you can be sure i will follow this with all my attention !!!
Well even though we need some stuff on the website, let's go ahead and open up for orders on the limbs.
Give me a call at 817-594-5578.
Thanks,
Mike
Congratulations on what sounds like a great partnership! That being said, I love the bamboo recurve limbs I bought from you–they're smooth and quiet on my Epic riser and look great, too. It's a real nice shooting bow.
This sounds like a great partnership indeed!!
Mike I assume the ACS limbs will be the same configuration with carbon on the back. Please correct my if I am wrong. Will you also have the option of Tonkin bamboo upgrade?
The medium limbs should make a 56" bow on the Morrison mini-13 riser. Has there been any testing of these limbs yet?
Thank you,
James
This sounds like a very good move for all archers. Congrats.

So, Mike...can a fella just buy ONE limb???
I don't have ILF risers and I'm thinking at my age if I become too irresistable to the opposite sex, it might just cause premature death, ... so if I might be able to just buy ONE limb... (I'd prefer "bottom" limb), it might just be all an ole goat can handle! :biglaugh: :nono:
I tell you what... I've been tempted by the ILF concept as arthritis robs more shoulder function, and marrying up to these ACS limbs is quite a neat concept!
Kudos and best to both good companies!
The current limb is quad glass with AW and X weave core with upgrades too bamboo.
Mike
So will there be some test bows at the expo? And will they be at the ACS booth or is Dryad Bows going to be there?
We'll all be sitting together at the A&H booth.
Yep we hope to have around 7-8 sets of limbs to shoot at the expo. They could be headed home with folks too if they match the needs.
Gotta pay for the trip somehow. LOL
Mike
ttt
The ACS recurve limb has been whispered about for years. Sort of taking on the mythical porportions of a Unicorn. IF the ACS limb design transfers across to the recurve limb like it did the longbow limb, in terms of limb efficiency, the impact for the recurve hunter could be enormous. Very exciting news!
Yep we are starting work very soon on the curve limb. Don't know for sure how long it will take to get it working and ready for market. Keep your eyes open.
Mike
Are there going to be any Dryad limbs also? I have been wanting to try some with the ILF riser.
I might throw in a few pair of Epic limbs for comparison if I have room. This is not our booth but rather A&H's and they have been kind enough to invite us to join them so I don't want to take up all the space.
Mike

Yeah. I asked OL about this several years ago. I am also glad to hear the news.
