Title: Real productive day, today
Post by: LongStick64 on January 11, 2011, 07:20:00 PM
So I had time today to

1. Do some blank bale practice, really worked to form tune up, not just fling arrows.
2. Fletch a half dozen arrows, only took about twenty minutes using fletch tape.
3. Organize and bag all of my stings by ILF riser/limb combination. Between 2 risers and 4 pairs of limbs 2 longbow and 2 recurve, ended up with 7 different strings.

Nice work, Peter.  You accomplished much.  I worked, cooked dinner and did the dishes.  Too dark to shoot my new-to-me longbow so I am spending time here on TradGang.

Man that makes me feel bad, I started fletching 1/2 doz arrows for my boy Sunday evening and took the last one out this morning. I was even using a Arizona E-Z Fletcher-3 feathers at a time. I wasn't using my normal glue this was a slow setting glue, just trying to use it up, 1 arrow before work and 1 after. Good job Longstick
