do the bow fit exercise or related items really work? I shoot 45 lbs I going to a bow that is 55 lbs.I wanted to just shoot it but dont want to develop bad form I thought it would be best to warm into it with daily exercise an build up the right muscles.If I have to lift weights for getit.I will buy new limbs.EVERY TIME I GET THE URGE TO EXERCISE I JUST LAY DOWN AN IT GOES AWAY.

When I'm training regular, I do a lot of push ups and that seems to help quite a bit.
