Title: The most imprtant thing I learned the last two years about archery....
Post by: Flying Dutchman on January 10, 2011, 02:03:00 PM
It is simple:

"A perfect bow with a poorly tuned arrow shoots poor, but a poor bow with a perfecly tuned arrow shoots perfect!"

I came up with this one myself, but you may cut it out and hang it above your bed!

So what do you think?

Yep, get your arrow right and your 98% of the way there.  What exactly is a poor bow, twisted limb, cracked riser??  IMO all bows are cool,  some just prettier than others.

Oh, with poor I mean not a fancy, pretty or expensise bow.
I experienced that a LOT of archers are very interested there bows, but are not aware of the  basics of arrows.
Besides of that: I had to make the words wright, because they turn. Not an easy job when you are not an American....
