I wanted to stay in the mid fifties for bow weight. What would a 60# bow be at a 26 inch draw. My guess is 54#. I also have a ton of 2013's that I had used for a bow that was 48# at my draw length. Will those arrows work for my 54#@26. Thanks

54# is about right.
Try the 2013s; they might work, with some tuning, but they sound a little light.

Thanks for your reply! I was hoping someone would get around to it, I'm dying here! I don't want to send one off and mess up my bow. I read that a 2013 spines out at around 53#. My arrows are generally 27 1/2 to 27 3/4. I'm gonna wait and see if someone uses this set-up responds before taking the plunge! :D

Arwin,
I think they will be too weak spined for your bow, unless you are shooting a Hill style Longbow and in that case, the light physical weight is going to shake your teeth loose!! LOL!!!!
What kind of bow, what kind of string, and how deep is the riser cut to center?????
-
I got a Samick Predator recurve. I don't know much about them, but it was dirt cheap for a new bow, $141. It's cut to center, standard string. It's 58 AMO and 60#@28 or 54#@26.
I'm trying to use what I have on hand. I have almost 2 dozen 2013's. I may have to see if I can trade them for 2016's or 2113's.

You might try them with 100 grain points and see what happens. You could always build your side plate out until they fly well.

Thanks much. I have a feeling I may have to change arrow size. I'm a fan of heads 150 and above. I like your signature. It's amazing how manys references to archery there are in the bible!! God bless!
