maybe i'm just thickheaded but could someone explain better the personal form numbers on Stu miller calculator?

Eric download the calculator instructions there is a good explanation found within. Since we all shoot differently and our individual form are not perfect Stu's Form number allows a bit of "personal" tweaking.
