I saw the Solana Ranch thread but did not want to hijack it.
I had a little time Friday so my dad and I drove out to Solana Ranch in Salado to meet some of the TradGangers that were hunting there.
I just wanted to say ya'll were a great bunch of guys and I enjoyed meeting each and every one of you. It was pretty cool to be able to put a face to some of the names on here.
I was watching some of them shoot the 3d deer target and let me tell you, some of those guys can shoot. My bow was best left in the truck thats for sure!
Several people offered to let me shoot their bows but I figured I would save myself the embarrassment!
Hope all of you enjoyed the hunt and I will be keeping an eye on the Solana thread to see what everyone did.

Stories to be told?
I'm sure there will be a lot of stories to be told. I did not participate in the hunt. I just drove out there to meet some of the guys as I only live a little ways from there.
