Wife got me a new Spirit Recurve for our first Christmas together! Know there was some reason I put a ring o that finger ;)
48# @ 28, so about 52@ my draw. Crazy looking cocobolo w/ alot of sapwood inclusions, Canary wood veneers, and looks like a black fiberglass or phoelenic core. Shoots great, and have already broken a few arrows. (http://www.rmsgear.com/Images/shop_bows_2010/4352.JPG)
Pretty bow! She is a keeper! (the bow and your wife)
Good for you!
Bryan Holley of Spirit Bows builds a good one.
I owned a Spirit Longbow for a while, very nice.
Thanks for the pics, I'm sure it shoots good!
Oh, and by the way, Bryan incorporates a uni-directional fiberglass limb core...much as BW does.
Adds a lot of limb stability and toughness, imo.
What rastaman said X2!
Beauty of a bow! Congratulations. :clapper:
Nice looking bow. Really like the way opposite sides of the riser look like negative images of the other rather than mirror images.
Wouldn't mind finding one like that myself.
It's a keeper. (And I'd hang on to the wife too!)
Great colors. Won't see alot of those around. Very unique...Phil
Man, that's some really pretty figured wood. Very nice indeed.
Now that is a Christmas present.
What a marvelous gift.
She is a beauty.
Great looking bow! I bought a 48# Spirit longbow in August and love it. Mine is cocobolo and bocote. You will really enjoy this bow. They shoot fast and are super quiet. Happy New Year from Iowa!

Nice wood. The Sheepeater is my next hopefully.I'm hoping to draw one to 30" smoothly if so what a tree stand companion!
Nice!!
Congratulations on both the wonderful wife and bow!
Thanks to one our sponsors, rmsgear.com( a great family owned and operated business,Tommy just looks like he runs it)...lol Anyone can find more of Bryan Holley's Spirit bows.
Mr Holley makes excellent shooting bows that are also easy on the eyes.(personal experience speaking as I have owned and shot a few.)
I couldn't feel more validated about my personal opinion of Spirit bows than when reading your satisfaction with yours.
Thanks for sharing!
Happy New Year and God bless

That is a pretty one!
