For the last week I've been working on getting my 2011 catalog together and have been going through the pictures I've received for the photo contest. I have not been disappointed! You'll get a chance to see many of the pictures in the new catalog. When it came to picking the winner, despite having all of the great entries, picking the winner was not difficult. I even decided to grade on a curve to try to make it a more level playing field, but Aussie Shane still came out on top. It looked like he had a professional photographer following him around and with the New Zealand Alps in the background, it was a winning combonation. I was so impressed by the pictures I decided to give him a whole bow instead of a pair of limbs as was the original prize. Thanks for all of your entries, I'll be running the same contest next year, so keep that in mind when you bring your bows in the field in 2011.
Congrats to Aussie Shane! And kudos to you Bivyhunter. Upping the prize to a whole bow was a pretty cool thing to do.
