I have never crested any arrows and am hoping to give it a go in the new year. Please post pics of your crested arrows.
Here are some:

As you can see, I have a tendency towards somewhat non-traditional designs.
Guy
There have been a couple of post on this recently, but my search didn't find them. Here's some more:

Killdeer
Killy,
Are those Ash shafts in the quiver? Nice grain pattern and looks like Ash to me.... :dunno:
Great Looking arrows Ya'll ..........KY
Killdeer - what's the fletchless shaft with the white Stotler (or Bohning?) nock to the right inside the quiver? Is that just a stiffener for the quiver?
Keefer... good eye!
Stumpkiller, that is a brace height checker that lives in a pocket. Mike G made the quiver and the brace checker for me. (Bohning Classic nock.)
Killdeer
Killy,
Well my eyes aren't all that good right now cause actually they are both Pink ..Got the Pink eye stuff going around...
NOW you tell me!
And I have been on this computer for a couple of hours!!
I'm gonna go wash my eyes out with soap and hope I didn't catch anything.
Killdeer  :help: :nono:
Killy,
Too Late this stuff is super contagious..Just looking at your Avatar can make one sick....Sorry didn't mean for that to sound that way.... :D Ummm what I meant to say is like all I have to do is look at a persons avatar and that person could easily catch this stuff cause it is very contagious and BLA, BLA ,BLAAAAA....You still my friend ain't cha Killy?
Well now,
Seeing all these pretty arrows makes me want to build some now... thanks alot guys. And I was so content just shooting my carbon arrow.

I love building woodies, but am about to try my hand at crown dipping and cresting some carbons. Can't seem to bring myself to use the wraps.

Oh Geeze! Now I got Eye Kooties from looking at the goings on between you two! :scared:
I'm still washing...
Spray paint crowns and some time with a crester is so much more fun than a wrap, to me. I used enamels the last time out, and want to experiment with other paints on my Gold Tips.
I did learn to keep polyurethane off of the tip ends of arrows. They weld themselves to the targets.
Killdeer
Killdeer. What do you do for the point ends? Your arrows are beautiful!
Keeping the Faith!
