I have a 62" 50@28" with a 14" riser, can someone advise the recommended brace height? I couldn't find it on the website.
The manual says 6-3/4" to 7-1/4" which seems in line with other high performance longbows. How do you like yours by-the-by? I'm pretty interested in one.
For a while I was shooting mine at 6 3/8 and it was working out great. I recently started shooting them at 7". 7" seems to make it more forgiving and more quiet.
I shoot a 64" and I like mine at 7 3/8"
I shoot mine at 7 1/4".
I shoot my 62" ACS at 7".
I like 6 3/4 for 62 and 64 in.
I also like 6 3/4" on a 62" bow
7 inches and I have a leather grip on mine.
Barry, I always shot mine at 7 1/8".
I'm a tad over 7 inches on my 64-inchers.
I shoot mine at 7.5 it is 64"
Thanks much everyone. Really liking these 62" 50# limbs Bjorn!
Brace height is a very personal and subjective thing. The best way to determine what's right for each of us is to experiment by shooting a few arrows at increasing/decreasing BH's. With our ACS bows we generally find happiness around 7" but some like it a bit higher and some like it a bit lower.
There is no right or wrong answer. "Use the Force Luke"
