The TT is a very nice bow but don't know much about the Dakota Pro Hunter.

The Dakota Pro Hunter is a shooter. I have a SBD string on with recurve wraps and it is probably on of the quietest bows I ever shot. Seen the TT at Kzoo but did not shoot one. I know my Dakota shot an arrow 7ft per second faster than my Dye and it is 4 lbs lighter in weight.

I have owned both and still have my Tall Tines.  I would still have my Dakota if it werent just a bit too light.

I know this isn't much help, but I would have a hard time picking one over the other!  They are both excellent bowyers.

But overall I feel that the fit/finish on my TT is a little better, as well as the performance.

I interested in hearing what everyone says about both of these bows as well.

Have not shot the Dakota, but I own a TT and love it. The grip on the TT seems to be a perfect fit for my hand, and when you get the arrows dialed in...it is smooth and quiet.

The Tall Tines is a great bow. Its smooth, fast, and quite. I have two and one on the way. Brian will be at KZ next month, you can try one out for your self. I'm sure you will be impressed.

I have not had the opportunity to shoot a tall tines yet..but I have alot of experience with Dakotas.  My two favorite bows are a Habu by Chris Cox, and a Dakota by Rick Welch.  Honestly...I think there are so many good bows being made that it really comes down to personal preference.
I don't have my Dakota anymore, because I put it up for raffle for a guy who really needed the money, but I'm going to get another one.  I'll try out the tall tines at K'zoo.  But for now...I can't let go of my Habu's.  It is a good thing when you find the right bow for you!
