Nice area. I make a couple trips a year to Kalispell. Don't think I'm familiar with Spirit Quest Archery. Is that the shop just south of town on 93. Has an indoor range, but almost totally compound oriented.
-
Have a safe trip! The rest of the Iowans will stay home and look after the late split bucks for you:)

Orion, yep thats the one Arron the owner is a stand up guy  Dave made him a two piece SilverTip longbow a few years back but it just didnt catch on.......

Go see Dave and Beth Windauer, and Niel Jacobson, great folks...
Lots of microbrews up there too.

So I came up with the idea that I would build a small box for storing all my broadheads in......
Iv also wanted to learn how to hand cut dovetails, and that fit the bill for my project.
-
So with a warm fire we started in
- (http://i347.photobucket.com/albums/p443/BEH160/2010MTChristmas028.jpg)
I chose Tamerak for the body of the box with a Walnet top.
Heres what it looked like after I cut the tails and the tips with some of the tools used.
