For the first time I tried a single bevel broadhead to my dismay, but it performed like a champ. I've been partial to the Eclipse four blade for quite some time and I had the chance to shoot an Eclipse single bevel 2 blade stainless head on a test run and it performed flawlessly.
The new 'Werewolf' from Eclipse is worth a second look for any sceptic. It has an aluminum ferrule with stainless blades and arrives razor sharp.
It blew through this deer quarting away with energy to spare. It didn't hit a rib on the way in, which helps.
I thought some might enjoy the photos...blood trail was fantastic

I like it, maybe I'll give a test this winter. Thanks.

Will it come in both right and left bevel?
Keeping the Faith!

Yes Matt, it comes right or left and in at least two weights 125 gr. and 145 gr.
There might be other weights but I stopped reading after seeing these on their web page.
God bless,Mudd
does this head come sharp?

I must be missing something. The pic above looks like the SB head they've had out for quite a while and I don't see anything new on the website.
Here's the exit from a 145 double bevel earlier this season.

Thanks Mudd. Haven't had time to check them out yet.
I will soon though. Never heard a bad word about eclipse!

Can you give us some dimensions?
With a aluminum ferrule I assume they are screw on.
Will you make a glue on model?
Here is the entry from the inside.
I know they will be offered in R or L bevel and they are razor sharp. I won't even have to touch this up if I chose to, for the next hunt.

From what I understand, they will be screw on.
nuts
Zradix-Sorry, I believe that the Slogan will be-
"Eclipse-For those that like to Glue, and Werewolves-For those that like to screw"
They will be in 3 weights 150, 175, 200 and will be Double Bevel and also Single Bevel Left and Right.
Dimensionally they are the exact same as the 125 Eclipse 1 3/16" wide and 2 3/8" long (not counting the threaded part)
Stainless Steel blade with a Teflon Coating, and aircraft grade aluminum ferrules with Stainless Steel fasteners.
The blades are going to be 54-55 Rockwell and scary sharp.
Blake
Oh well, I was looking forward to trying a 200grn glue on eclipse
Any idea on the angle of the edge on the single bevel?
Bobco,
It is right at 25 degrees, just like the Dr. ordered.

Great, I'll be trying them when they come out!
Pics?

Pictures are coming, we are still prototyping. I should have them for the Trad Expo in Kalamazoo.

Cool. Only have like 30 Eclipses from the Africa hunt in 95. Must get more, esp single bevels!
