This is the fourth critter I have killed with my Belcher Longhorn! Man, I love this bow! I have a story to go with picture. It all started back in June when I first got a picture of this deer on camera.... I am going to do this in reverse so bear with me ;)
This is exactly how I found him. He was qtr away shot him with a 165 grain Land Shark, he did not go 30 yards!

Thanks for all the kind words guys! My kids named this buck Smiley. I started getting trail camera pictures of him in early June. They named him smiley because he would stick his nose up to the camera and it looked like he was smiling LOL.

That is a very cool picture. It is a very unusual position to find a deer in. I think all of my deer have been flopped over on one side.

Now that is one nice deer. Jim Belcher makes a nice bow. Jim is a good friend of Jeff Massie, who made the original Massie "Longhorn". When Jeff got out of the business he turned the rights over to Jim. Long live the "Longhorn". Your helping it do exactly what it was made to do, "make venison and pork". :thumbsup:
