Man!!! I'm not use to this photo bucket thing. I uselly just download pics. from my computer. Well anyway sorry for the 3 pics. of my 15 yd. shot but you can finally see what my first bow looks like. It's a Hellmann 64" longbow #54 @28. I ordered a dz.ceder shafts and some 5" barred shild cut feathers I cant wait to fletch them up and see how they shoot.
Try sliding your quiver closer to the riser,it looks like its into the working part of the limbs.Nice shooting!
That's a good looking bow! Nice shootin' too. Congrats!
Thanks for the info IdahoCurt I'm going to move the quiver and go shoot for awhile all this computer work stress me out LOL!!!
Thats good shooting. Like Curt said.. "slide that quiver close up on the riser.. both pieces.....
I can't get a group like that @ 15 yds. in 20 yrs. of shootin'!....Phil
Good lookin bow, and you're shooting nice groups.
Only thing I see wrong is the bow is built backards :biglaugh:
IdahoCurt gives good advice....slide the quiver down to the fadeouts and you should be good to go.
i like the way that bow is laminated, looks cool.
Beautiful bow, and better groups! Very sweet, I wish my bow and first groups were as pretty! Good advice on the quiver, have you noticed a difference?
Killdeer
Killdeer, now he's hitting asprins out of the air!
How cool is this? Way!! I'm saying....
Looks like a duck in water to me... good shooting!
Congratulations!!
God bless,Mudd
Frank Hellman made your bow. He is out of Deer River, MN, small town in the northern part of the state. I visited his shop several years ago, he makes a nice bow. He uses mostly MN hardwoods. Your riser is Ash (lighter colored wood) and the darker wood looks like walnut. Limbs look like red elm. Have fun with it. Chad
Nice shooting and cool looking bow.
Thanks, I cant wait to get my ceder shafts I ordered and fletch them up.
