Hello all. Just wanted to offer our last few spots on our Texas hog/javelina hunt to the members here at Tradgang. Our group is just a bunch of regular joe traditional bowhunters who love to escape the cold north and take advantage of the warmth and great hunting in south Texas.
The hunt will begin at 11 AM on Thursday, February 10th 2011 through 11 AM Sunday the 13th. $435 total which includes 2 javelina and unlimited hogs. Lodging on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night is also included in a modern ranch house. There is also a lighted bait site for those interested in hunting hogs at night.
While not always a perfect science, we try to keep the moon phase in mind when picking the hunt dates. The moon phase will be entering its 1st quarter on the 11th which will at least prevent a full moon phase from affecting the hunt.
I have hunted hogs and javelinas in different areas in Texas the last 5 years and nothing compares to south Texas. This ranch is located 25 miles from Laredo in some of the best hog/javelina country that Texas has to offer.

Man that sounds like a 3-day dream come true? I wish money wasn't an issue, I would be jumping on the bandwagon with bow in hand!
