Just fletched my own arrows for the first time. Pleased with the results and outcome. My arrows are flying consistant with a good grouping, but about 8inches to the right at 20yds. Is there a way to fix this other than adjusting my aim?
Shooting right helical 5" feathers on carbons
If you normaly dont shoot that far to the right with this bow then your arrows sound like they are badly underspined. If you are right handed.
What bow, weight at your draw, and arrow setup are you shooting.
We'll need more information to help you. Are you right or left handed? Which bow are you using? There is a big difference from 40 to 55 pounds. What carbon arrow shaft? How much weight do you have up front? How long are your arrows? What is your draw length? All these things are factors that affect arrow flight. If the arrows are tuned to the bow, it may be a form issue.
Shooting right for a right-handed shooter generally indicates a weak arrow spine, but you don't give enough information to even make an educated guess. Post some more info and you'll get plenty of help.
