This is from the little buck I shot on Thanksgiving. We serve venison year round at this house, the family truly enjoys it. So I'm always happy to do my part. Its truly a joy to have the cook outs and BBQ's months from now and watch every one dig in and enjoy what the woods have given us.

Wow. Are those brats? What kind of seasoning do you put in the mix?
Man i just ate breakfast but doggone I'm hungry again all of a sudden! Looks great!
Huntschool the loins i promptly cut out and put in a marinade, they are on tonights menu.
Grapes half are tomato and garlic the other half is cheese and parsley.
Great! More people need to make their own sausage.....not too difficult to do.
Do you smoke it, or just freeze it and take it out when you need it?
Damn Joe,What time to be there! Eggs sunny up please.Looks great!
Looks really good to me.
Never could understand why anyone would take deer to a processor when you can do it yourself and have exactly what you want. And you also know you end up with the deer you killed and cared for, and not meat from one which you have no idea how it was cared for.
Joe, when you gonna light the grill?
That sure is looking good. Breakfast, my favorite meal and in that case morning and night.
Looks great! I would be intersted in your recipes!
I enjoy seeing pictures. Thanks!
How do you prepare those pinwheels for cooking?
What types of dishes do you put them in?
I just got drool all over my key board. I need meat grinder. I cut them up and make stew meat out of the scraps but I really need a grinder. Thanks for sharing and just give me the time and I will be there. :)
KellyG, here is my napkin, I just wiped the puddle off my desk.
JoeM, I'm with ya! Nothing better than a self provided feast, that looks absolutely delicious. I went without so far, I'm really committed after seeing that stash! Thanks for the incentive!
