I should mention that we are offering a "try before you buy" program. I think it is best that a client not only get to shoot and become familiar with the product, but this also allows a client and bowyer to be on the same page when discussing grip size relative to the "test bow."

This program requires the client to make a security deposit for an inventory bow, which is completely refundable upon the return of the bow (minus shipping costs of course). Test bows may be purchased should a client find it to be exactly what they want and find they don't need a personally customized bow.

Right now, we are working to build several inventory bows of "general" lengths, poundage, draw lengths, and grip styles and grip sizes. We will have some test bows available in both the Hunter and Competition models.

Welcome aboard looks like an excellent product. Test bows are a good idea, also add a stock bow list and please do not forget about us Left handers, we may only make up 10% but I am told most of the time the left handers sell pretty fast, thanks Jerry.

ChetterB...I myself now shoot left handed...which is a major reason I started making bows to begin with...so, no worries there.

Welcome!
I agree with the others......... those are beautiful! And I love your style of NOT having so many offerings it's confusing, and only offering what YOU believe is the best product!

Highnoon, Thanks.for the kind words. I still believe in the Keep It Simple philosophy but strive to combine this philosophy with modern materials and research in order to maximize durability and performance in a simple, non-mechanical design. It has been a lot of work, but the final product is the best design I know how to produce...and is one that should offer simple quality performance to my clients. I will be posting some unique videos with our bows in the near future.

Thanks again, and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Lee,

Good to see you on here. I did some business with you when you had "Keep It Simple Archery". Glad to see you now have another archery business.

Hello Danny. I remember your name. I shut down Keep It Simple Archery not long after 9-11. The economy got so bad (so I just focussed on teaching). Back then, we did good with the bowstrings, armguards, quivers and stuff I made, but inventory was a killer in a dead economy. A small traditional archery shop could have $30,000 worth of stuff and it would look like you had almost nothing. This time around, I am going to stick with just my own crafts and avoid inventory (other than the stuff I use).

Anyway, glad you remember me.

I have made some updates to our website and would like to ask people that are interested in our bows to please come check out the updates. Oh...one other thing. We do have a "discussion forum" now, but the purpose of our forum is NOT to compete with the big forums like Tradgang, as they do an excellent job of offering a level of camaraderie that way above and beyond what I would ever be capable of managing. Instead, the purpose for our forum is to be sure those that want to get a hold of me or wish to get my opinion on a matter know how to do so. Additionally, many more photos, as well as videos will be added over the next few weeks in our forum section. Videos will include demos of our bows and their performance, concepts of stable arrow flight, my views on bowstrings, and shooting techniques. Anyway, I hope you don't mind me asking you to check out our updates.

Thank you,

H. Lee Robinson

Thanks for the feedback. Someone suggested that I add an inventory page, which I just did. Thanks for the tip.
