I'm not sure if this one has been covered but I do remember reading the thread. Congratulations on the fine deer and the fact that you two were able to hunt together as a father and son team after many years of not having the pleasure.
Tony is a good man and I got to hunt a few times in our club annual rabbit hunt with him ....He has taken 6 deer so far this season(as of last weeks count) and he is shooting for 12 ...This dude is good with the bow but I'm told it's all because of a "Lucky Hat" and a loaf of bread and a 1# jar of Peter Pan peanut butter! Seems like he likes eating peanut butter sandwitchs and the deer are curious and come to check out the new smell and "SNAP" they just got cought in Tony's trap....Just look at the pic up top you can see he still got a little leftover peanut butter between his teeth... :goldtooth:
12 deer ? Man, Tony better leave some for Jay !
Good going lads .
I don't know Tony but I have seen enough of his deer to know that if his son becomes half as good as Tony he will be better than most.
TTT for a great story, pic and most importantly...... a father and son hunting together !
