Not too long ago Cacciatore and I did some long distance bow trading. Italy to Maryland. When I got the package within 3 days I could not wait to open it.
Inside I found a beautiful Bear TD A Riser and limbs. The riser shoots like a dream but today is the first day I have had the limbs out.
The reason the limbs are so special to me is that I had Felix sign them for me. After some special treatment (Thanks Droptine59!) today they made their first trip outside to do what they were made for.
Here is the signature and in true "Fred Bear Style" Felix signed them to me.

So many good friends have been made here on TG and Felix is one of them. When we talk of him around the dinner table I don't even need to explain who he is anymore. They know!
These limbs will go afield with me soon but first special arrows must be made to suit them. If success follows I will revel in the special meaning the riser and limbs have to me.
Little bit of Italy will be prowling the Maryland countryside in search of what will be.
