Been wanting to break my Schafer Silvertip in I got in the TradGang classifieds this summer from jgilman. Finally nailed a nice doe this evening. Literally, the fist shot from the 75lb bow broke the spine and the finishing shot pinned her to the ground. Thanks TradGang classifieds.

Glad you got one Mark.
I ran into a young guy just back from Afghanistan at the shooting range the other day. He said he was interested in learning to make bows and traditional archery but didn't know where to start. I mentioned your name as the local expert.
His name is Patterson, lives just a little way from the management area out White Pike toward Cherokee. Second house on the left if I remember right.
Nice work and the Silvertips are good at getting bloody.
Thanks for the compliment Eric, I learned most from you. I know some Patterson's out that way and will try and look him up. Let me know what you get this year even if it's with one of those muzzleloaders you make from scratch.
Nice doe and bow.
If Dave starts making those camo limbs again I'm down for a few pairs.
Congrats.
