To these lil dudes, they hang around me almost every hunt.....

But hey, I'm not complainin, they are sure entertaining!! :bigsmyl:
I think they are volunteering to spend the winter in your freezer.
Those are shooters where I live!
I agree Kenny... :campfire:
You've had more company than I have this year.
In a few years...
lol i hear ya, ive had the same spike visit my 1 stand every single time ive been to that spot this year. hes been so close hes actually bumped my ladder!
They ARE good wind checkers!
They just seem magnetically attracted to me. I may need one o them tinfoil suit thingies...... :D
And I thought you were a "chick" magnet!
LOL! I'd have been out of arrows by then.
If you only kill the big dudes you're selecting for the "lil dudes" and you'll increase their number. Ask a farmer: you cull the small and keep the big to breed. ;-)
I favor "progressive harvest". That is: any deer that progresses as far as where I am is fair game.
I'd have an empty quiver and a big smile -

send some over her please. This past year has been a bit short on brown things.

Boy I'm jealous. Havn't had a deer within 30 yards this season. Thanks for sharing. If nothing else it gives me hope.
If they work anything like the big boys, just tell yourself before you leave the house that you're gonna shoot one of 'em today....
You won't see another one!
Maybe you need to switch to a different cologne, Kenny...
The best thing about having critters around like that is that you don't have to watch for incoming deer. Your built-in-security-task-force will tell you any time something is coming, and from which direction.
I surely enjoy watching game nearby. Hope the one you want to shoot comes in to scare them off!!
I get 6 days a year to hunt whitetails... I'm sure I'd have to shoot.
Joe
Nice!
You're a very patient man, they're lucky to have you.
OK, Just so you don't think I'm a somekindasupertrophyhunter! :)
1.Its just the wife and I at home now, we don't really need meat right now.
2.There is a 4 point on 1 side rule.
3.There are quite a few larger ones around,I just don't get the camera out if there is a chance I'll decide to arrow one. Thus , the pics of dinkers.
4. I'd rather take a doe(specially a longneck)than a little buck.
5.MO has unlimited archery antlerless tags.
6.If I shoot a little one,I'll never get a chance to shoot a big one.
And I am a farmer, we feed steers to 1000,we don't butcher em at 250. :bigsmyl:

I love seeing deer when I'm out. Doesn't matter if it's a doe, spike, button, or a nice 8pt.
It's the joy of time afield!!! Wish you luck on a good one!!
always nice having deer in range...even if they are young bucks
The very first picture would have been more than I could resist. There was a little "tunnel" through the brush, right to the vitals, almost as if to say "shoot here".
Great pics Kenny...
Happy hunting!
great pics!
thanks for sharing:)
:campfire: :coffee:
Their probably just admiring those pretty bows that you make.
