arrived in the mail today. I'm one of the lucky ones. My brother builds bows so I have never purchased a bow before. Not true I did buy a longbow in Maine. Hope this ones a good one.
It's also my first experience with fancy stuff and a take down to boot.

New bow? Why there's nothing left but the skeleton! Must be termites?
Seriously, looks racy and I hope it's a shooter for you. :archer:

Too Funny
Pete knows all about it. Had to ask his permission before I took delivery. I know who butters my bread and make me bows.
It is my training bow so give me a little slack.
Hoyt excel 21" riser, Tradtech Blackmax limbs.
She looks like a real Tack-Driver. Congrats!
What are you gonna do if you REALLY like it???? Poor ol Pete will be heartbroken.
Oh well, he can still make bows for Marty!
He has a brand new longbow on the bench for me now
Desert Camo, red cedar limbs.
Bow is fun to shoot and has a hole in front for a camera mount. Now I will be able to video all my misses

Here is a demo of camera mount.

Congrats on the nice bow Les!
Always enjoy your videos......
I know Pete won't be mad...... knowing Pete.... He'll probably just borrow it and make himself one like it!
Nice new bow. I know; I have 2 of them . gillchaser
Hey Bobby good to see ya around. Pete did suggest I send it up for a camo job
LOL! He may have other motives!
Nice being here Les, and good to see ya!
Heck! Why would I get upset, That there bow is where I come from! I was shootin fancier bows than that back in 1975.( and still do every so often) Heck 70 meters was mid range! I come from a target background and have nothin but respect for what that type of bow can teach a shooter.
Now the real reason I am not mad. I will steal all of the critical dimensions off of the limbs, Compare them to the limbs of the different Hoyt, Pearson, PSE, Dream Catcher and custom bows that I have and see what I can learn.
Sometime compare a Binghams TD limb to a Hoyt TD limb. OH my, did I say that?
pete
Bobby,
You know me too well! You nailed my motives dead on!
LOL! Hi Pete!
:bigsmyl:
Don't feel bad Les. I have managed to aqcuire TWO bows since the clinic. :scared:
