Title: Black Mtn Shaman in production. . .finally
Post by: wingnut on November 04, 2010, 12:46:00 PM
Here are the pics of a couple of the little 3pc bows.

This one is Black Dymalux with black buck horn and Watusi limb underlays.

This shows a Bocote and Osage brother in the back ground.

We took some quick pics before shipping to the customers.

Nice.  Can one of those accommodate a 31" draw?

looper,

the 56" would work with a 31" but your going to have some finger pinch with that short of a bow.

Looks Awesome!!

What is Dymalux? Is that a new type of diamondwood or just a different name?

Once again, those are gorgeous.

Man i have got to get one of those.  How does it compare to the sheepeater spirit.  Really want a one piece bow but could be persuaded to go with the takedown is everything else was right.

The 54" Bocote/Osage Shaman looks to be mine. I have been shooting it a bunch lately it's a very nice shooting bow. It has good speed/it's quiet, and real smooth to draw out to 27.5. Overall one of the better shooting short bows I have owned.

steel,

yep that's yours.  A very pretty bow.

this bow has the same limb as the sheepeater but is offered longer 54" & 56".

I love the way the Osage/Bocote looks now but I still can't wait for it to turn that nice golden honey color Osage gets from age.I was thinking about buying a membership to the local tanning salon and start dropping my bow off 3 times a week for UV treatments so it changes color  faster!   :D    Yes I am just kidding!

Hahaha,  Steel I wonder if that would really speed up the process?

Mike what is the total riser length on a 56" model?
