My old dehydrator died and I want to make some jerky. Anyone have any experience with the 10 try model? Any feedback about it's performance or lack there of? Any better suggestions? Also feedback on ease of clean-up if you have dehydrated meat in one.

oven set at 170-180 is much more efficient & faster, just prop door open a little to dry. works really good in the winter when you're not running the air conditionare.
