unless you want one with fancy woods and decoration, it is very easy to make your own.

Just make two rows of nails 2" apart on the rows and 1/2" apart in the row.

Put a single row of nails 1" apart for the different length of string.

The total length of string for a flemish twist string is 15 inches longer than the length of the bow minus 4".  Start your twists 7 1/2 inches for each end of the longest string.

If I knew how to put pics on this site and had enough posts that I think it takes to be allowed to do it I would post pics of the one i made.  Drop me a note and i will try to send you pics.  not sure exactly what the rules are concerning this kind of stuff.  I sure ain't interseted in selling a string board.

Kip- swampmaster is looking for a string jig that has the serving jig on the same board.

Jim- you could always copy the jig you have. Afterall, if you can build a bow, you aught to be able to build a  jig! When you purchase the hardware, the economy packs will typically have enough stuff for two jigs. So it is nearly the same price for two as it is for one. I'll take the other one...lol

There was a guy at the TBOF 20th anniversary shoot selling the jig your talking about. Was also making and selling strings. For some reason I got the impression he was from Georgia, may be from Florida.

Contact Gregg Dudley either through here or the TBOF site, could even try the TBOF thread on TG. I'm sure he can probably tell you how to get in touch with him.
