I want to say thank you to Trad GanG. I have met a lot of great people here who have been supportive and giving!
I have met many great people from the east coast in person through trad gang. I have made many great friends locally through Trad Gang!
There is a great group of guys in Upstate NY who collarbratively helped get a buddy of mine set up with longbow gear. I posted an ad in the classifieds about wanting to buy a bow for an old best friend who said his bow broke.
Drew stepped up and donated a bow to the cause. Then my friend Kat donated an extra string and Ron tuned the bow added nocks and puff balls to the string. ADK Kenny Donated a quiver I added some arrows and a finger tab. Soon in trade for a few measly feathers Tim will have him a custom arm guard.
I know if I posted here someone else would have pitched in and presented a bowstringer ;)
All because of the spirit of traditional archery is alive and well!
This place is the greatest. Makes me proud to be a member :campfire:
Couldn't have said it better myself.
TradGangers are a unique group and appear to be very family/friend oriented. I said it once in another post and I'll repeat it here, I am very happy to have found such a group of selfless individuals to rekindle my love of archery in general and to introduce me to the wonderful world of traditional archery.
Again I say, Thank you to ALL you TradGangers.
Tom
I want to add that AdirondackKen will be adding pics of the surprise package and another package he sent with me on my Epic Journey to the Huson Valley last weekend to gift another Brother of the bow!
Chuck was thrilled with the goodies even though they were not all archery related. It still goes to show how you guys rock!
Chuck it was great seeing you. I wanted to apologize about how I was dressed.
This place is made special by posters just like yourselves and a blessing to the rest of us.
I too am blessed to be a member here.
I doubt I could ever find a better addiction or better friends.
God bless,Mudd

THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! :notworthy:
I just was talking to a non trad friend the other day stating that this site was so full of wonderful people willing to help with any question or situation. I am new this year to trad and at first I was leary to ask a "dumb" question but soon was hit with all kinds of replies that were helpful informative and supportive. This is a great place for sure and Iam glad I found it!

How strong is the family bond? For me it is as if we are bound by blood. There is much more I naturally do to comfort, aide, share and provide support for my brethren.
