I saw an earlier post about great success using
"Therma Care" packs..They have them for the back shoulder blades, elbows, lower back.  They claim 8hr. duration.  I bought some for my shoulder area to keep it warm and ready to pull my bow.
I have used the standard 3-4 hr. ones for the boots and gloves for many years  now and would alway have extra in my pack.

I've used the thermacare for the lower back in below zero weather with excellent results.

When it gets cold I try to keep plenty in my Pac they turn a miserable cold day into good day.I think I have seen some sort of body strap but I put one under my shirt in the middle of my chest and it warms your whole body.

Love 'em. Haven't seen a belt, but certain clothing has internal pockets to accept heat packs. I need them at the base of my neck and toes. Duct tape!

Use them when it gets cold.  Keep one in each pocket - keeps the hands warm without wearing heavy gloves - amazing how that helps the rest of the body.  Don't use them until it is in the single digits or below 0 though.

Duct tape one wherever you need one. Over the kidneys and between the shoulder blades are good places for them.

On long sits when it's cold I'll put them on my toes when I get  to where I'm going. Feet get cold and I'm done.

Keeping the Faith!

Buy them at Sam's club. 20 pair of handwarmers for $10.
