I have always wanted to hunt with Pearson Deadheads but could never get them sharp enough to comfortably hunt with them. Then came along a KME broadhead sharpener that a good friend let me borrow. They sharpened up like a dream and I was shavin hair off my arm in no time. Something I have always struggled with. I'll let the pics tell the rest of the story!
Point of impact! This is a pic of the standing corn she was standing next to!

I decided to go and get my 8 year old son Tanner to help with the blood trail! I never realized that he had never had the chance to blood trail during the day before! He was really excited!

Wow! Always wondered about those heads, always worried about the width and arrow flight. How far was the shot and what lbs. were you shootin? Congrats!
Thanks guys! Had a great morning that morning. Right off the bat I had a nice little 8 come strolling by at about 8 yards, then about 10 minutes later another little 8 came down the same trail followed by a doe and 2 fawns. About 1/2 later I had another doe and 1 fawn come in behind me and I watched them for about 10 minutes. I wasn't planning on shooting a doe but then when the 3rd one came with a button buck fawn I decided to take her!I kind of wanted a few doe's around for the rut which should kick in next week up here. All deer passed within 8-10 yards from me. I was shooting a 57@29" Centaur.
Send us some pics we'll get them on the website

Nice work.That is impressive.
I wish one of the broadhead manufacturers would start making/producing the deadhead broadhead again. (hint, hint Magnus, Zwicky, ABS, etc..)
Outstanding and great job! :clapper:
Good job, real smart bringing your son in on the blood trail as well. Bet he had lot's of fun and learned quite a bit.
Great work brother, give your tracker a high five for me.
a two blade doesn't leave good blood trails. At least that's what a little birdie told me. :biglaugh:  :deadhorse:
Congratulations!
