I try to pick a wood and/or combination that not only appeals to me now, but one that I believe will still appeal to me way down the road.

Dave- I have all of the suggestions on hand including the highly figured myrtle. I am also going to be making a trip to my supplier this week sometime. There is always something expeically interesting when I go. This guy really likes me...I wonder why?

Should you be just as leery of someone who always has an answer or a bowyer who has all the right woods?

Just a note: Highly figured myrtle is beautiful today and will be tomorrow.
