Hi guys i have a new 62" pmax bocote on order 53#@29 + - 1 pound my draw is 29 to 29.5 any sugestions on arrows aluminum and carbon
want to have some arrows ready to bareshaft .
i have 2216 think they will work ? thanx in advance cody
ttt
I shoot 2216 out of my Bob Lee and that is 60" long 59#@28" and I draw 28". The arrows are cut to 29" BOP and have 125 grain tips. My bow has a B-50 sting on it so if you are shooting fast flight they might be a good shaft to start with.
ok thanx il try the 2216 and se iff they work before i order some other shafts
another quiestion is their fiberglass in the Bob Lee longbow limbs ? On their Web it said no laminations but not sure what they ment by that
i like the looks off the Bob Lee stickbows but i want laminated glas in limbs
thx cody
You might want and try some 2117, my SA is 53 # and I get good results with it.......stabow
2216 and 2217 have the same deflection and pretty close to the same weight. If the 2216's work and you want to drop down the arrow diameter you can go with 2117's.
the easton chart says 2219 aluminum and 340 carbon axis i shoot them out off my 60+ widows
easton chart seems to be a bit to stiff for most bows so i think a 400 carbon axis or beman could work to
thx again cody
