Title: Dalaa bows
Post by: Autumn Whitetails on October 04, 2010, 10:05:00 AM
I'm interested in the Dalaa recurve but don't know much about them. For you guys who have them what are your thoughts?

Thanks,
Marc

quality bows and good shooters....3 rivers allows you to try the bow and return it should you chose to.  it is not a disappointing bow.

Out of 20+ bows, they are my go-to for hunting 90% of the time.  I own 2 Daala's right now & also have another set of Daala limbs fitted with ILF hardward on a 15" Morrison ILF riser.

Very accurate, fast and smooth.  Easy tiller and +/- 10% adjustment of the limb weight make this a real fine shooter.

The extra weight of the metal riser tends to enhance the forgiveness factor and these bows are pretty bomb proof.  You will be pretty hard pressed to beat a DAS bow in my opinion.

I love mine! very very smooth, I cant say enough how smooth it draws. For all you ex compound guys it feels like its going to let off at any second. The manual explains in a very basic way all the ins and outs of fine tuning. Tillers are adjustable, center shot is adjustable, poundage is also adjustable. Just a great shooting bow well worth the money!

I have shot them since dave came out with the first hunter risers. Easy to tune to any arrow with in reason. No hand shock so easy on the joints.More limb choices than you can shake a stick at. 17 or 21 inch riser. Limbs from 100.00 to 600.00. And i have seen them set up with long bow limbs. Lots of people love them after the first shot. Well worth a try.

I have 2 of them and they are as good as any of my custom bows, better than many!  They shoot where you point.

17" riser or 21" riser from three rivers for the dalaa, but theses ilf risers are made all over the world in a variety of sizes. They  make great bows.

I have the 17 and 21 inch both, Love them. I have a long draw length and had to go to the longer riser to prevent stacking. The exception to this were the Dryad limbs on the Dalaa riser, a pleasant surprise was how quite these limbs were. The stock limbs on the longer riser work great for me also. I have had several different top end bows but these are my favorite.
