Title: D-97 vs. D-10 -- is this a typo?
Post by: Oregon Okie on October 04, 2010, 01:01:00 AM
I was looking at some sting materials on 3R site and it says 1/8 # spool of D-97 has 375 ft or so and that 1/8# spool of D -10 has 837 ft per spool.
Anybody know about that? I thought I had read that the diameters were about the same so there must be a dramatic weight difference in materials or... it's a misprint. Otherwise the cost difference noted would be d-97 way more expensive per foot / string etc.
thanks

No typo, D-10 is a newer version of D-97.  BCY's website will have the differences.
