For you fellas filming your hunts what kind of rig are you using for your camera from the tree? Thanks,RC.
I am using a panasonic tm700 with a pass_thru camera arm with a manfrotto fluid head
I'm just using an Epic Stealth Cam. Sometimes mounted on bow arm wrist, sometimes on my hat, and at times mount to tree. If using a recurve with stabilizer hole will mount it there. Seems to work well for me in all these locations.
Thanks fellers. I already have a camera I`m trying to figure out how to mount it to something for no hand filming at the shot.RC
There are several camera arms on the market. Cabela's carrys Pineridge I believe. They come with the quick conect base and strap. They aren't bad just a bit noisey. Spray the heck out of it with pam cooking spray. Lone Wolf also makes them. It takes a few secs to hook them up but once attached to the tree they work well. Good Luck.
Oh yeah get ready to get picked off trying to get everything on camera!
the one lone wolf makes is a great product
Get yourself a cameraman. :banghead: You'll be just like the red faced guy trying to do both
Shoot! RC if I lived anywhere close to you "I'd be your huckleberry"...lol
It would be worth hanging my bow up and running a camera for you for a season just to have the learning experience of watching how it's done by one of the best.
God bless,Mudd
I have a primos camera arm brand new in the box I could sell you for $75 tyd if your interested. The pass_thru I have is a little heavier duty but the price was also a little more heavy duty as well
